The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors in the beautiful natural setting of WaterColor, with the reception moving indoors for dinner and dancing. Please keep in mind that while we expect gorgeous weather, outdoor portions may be subject to slight temperature changes, so we recommend dressing accordingly. The ceremony will also take place on grass, so please wear appropriate footwear.

What is the attire? Beach Formal. Think elevated and elegant while still being comfortable for an indoor/outdoor celebration. Women can opt for floor-length to midi dresses, and men should wear suits with or without ties. Please avoid casual attire such as jeans, shorts, or polo shirts.

We kindly ask that guests arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for parking, seating, and a smooth start to the celebration. The ceremony will begin promptly, and we wouldn’t want you to miss a moment!

Complimentary parking will be available near the venue, with designated areas for guests. If you are staying within WaterColor, we encourage walking or using the community’s shuttle service. Rideshare services are also an option, though wait times may be longer in the area. You can park on either side of Cerulean Park or at 20 Western Lake Dr.

Although we adore your children and significant others, due to limitations with the guest count, we are only able to accommodate the individuals formally listed with you on the invite. Thank you so much for understanding!

We respectfully request that guests put away their phones and cameras during the ceremony as professional photos & videography will be taken throughout the day. We invite you to enjoy the moment, and we promise to share our pictures with you afterwards!

We have a well-prepared rain plan in place! In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be relocated to a covered or indoor space nearby, ensuring the celebration continues seamlessly. We will keep guests informed of any changes.

Following the ceremony, guests will be invited to cocktail hour while the couple takes photos. Enjoy signature drinks, delicious bites, and a chance to mingle before we transition indoors for dinner and dancing.
